At Valley of Fire, you’ll want to have plenty of time to explore all the different hiking trails and photo ops. And at Seven Magic Mountains, we recommend arrive before noon so you can avoid the heat (it can get pretty hot in the desert!)
2. Pack plenty of water and snacks: Both Valley of Fire and Seven Magic Mountains are located in pretty remote areas, so it’s important to come prepared with plenty of water and snacks. Trust us, you don’t want to get stuck out in the middle of nowhere without anything to drink!
3. Wear comfortable shoes: There’s a lot of walking involved in exploring both Valley of Fire and Seven Magic Mountains, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Flip flops are definitely not appropriate footwear for this adventure!
